Climate Champions
June 21-26
Rising 9th-12th Grade

Ready to turn your passion for the planet into action? Climate Champions is a weeklong summer camp forged for high school students who care about protecting our planet and want to make a real difference. Through hands-on activities like ecology projects, climate advocacy workshops, and interactive environmental justice lessons, you’ll dive into what it means to be a climate champion in your own community.
Along the way, you’ll try out skills used in environmental fields, hear from experts about pathways you might want to pursue, and build your own climate project or advocacy idea into something you can take back home and put into action. With a focus on sustainability, equity, communication, and civic engagement, Climate Champions helps students grow as bold, informed leaders while having a summer experience full of purpose.
This program also supports students working toward the Seal of Climate Literacy by connecting academic insight with real-world application for projects.
